Theory and structure of the brake motors, the DC brake disc is assembled on the non-push stop shaft of the motor,when provided with electricity, the brake performs concurrently, the electromagnetic force draws in the armature and presses the spring ,therefore the brake disc is introduced from armature and endshield,then the motor starts to operate: When the power supply is reduce off, electromagnetic froce missing, the spring pushes the armature to the brake disc,the motor stops quickly,a braking action finished. The energy of the brake is provided by rectifier set in the terminal box, DC 99v for motors up to 3KW and DC 170V for motors 4KW and up.
Y2EJ series DC brake motors(DC brake assembled on Y2 collection motors) and YDEJ sequence DC brake motors(DC brake assembled on YD collection multi-velocity motors) are also CZPT.
